Avacyn’s TCG – Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Avacyn’s TCG, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, new releases, prereleases, or events.

2. Preorders

  • Preorder items ship after official release date.

  • If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent).

  • Shipping method selection does not guarantee delivery speed once the package is in carrier possession.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Avacyn’s TCG is not responsible for carrier rate changes or delays.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Avacyn’s TCG is not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Reshipment, if possible, may require additional shipping fees.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photo documentation may be required.

  • Damage to outer packaging, boxes, shrink wrap, or plastic does not qualify as product damage.

8. Returned to Sender

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to claim may be subject to:

    • Additional shipping fees

    • Restocking delays

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Avacyn’s TCG is not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.

10. Liability Limitation

Avacyn’s TCG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping. Liability is limited to the amount paid for shipping services.
