Avacyn’s TCG – Policies, Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Avacyn’s TCG! By placing an order through our store (online or in-store), you agree to the following policies and terms.
Preorder Policy
Avacyn’s TCG enforces a strict 1-per-household limit on all Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Riftbound preorders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to bypass this limit (such as using multiple accounts, altering address formats, using forwarding services, etc.) will result in immediate cancellation of all associated orders.
All preorders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason once submitted. No exceptions.
Customers acknowledge and accept these terms at checkout when placing any preorder.
Shipping Policy
Avacyn’s TCG ships domestically and internationally.
We ship only to residential addresses. Orders placed using commercial, business, freight-forwarding, or package-receiving service addresses will be cancelled.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/taxes, import fees, and compliance with local import regulations.
Avacyn’s TCG is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or denied by customs agencies.
In-Store Pickup Policy
Preorders:
Available on the official release date. Preorders must be picked up within 7 days of release.
Because all preorders are final, failure to pick up does not guarantee a refund; Avacyn’s TCG may return the item to inventory at its discretion.
Non-preorder items:
Ready for pickup within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Customers will receive an email once their order is ready.
A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup. Orders must be picked up by the purchaser unless arranged in advance.
Note: Avacyn’s TCG does not guarantee the condition of outer packaging on sealed products.
Bot & Automation Policy
Avacyn’s TCG enforces a strict no-bot policy.
Any orders believed to be placed using bots, automated tools, scripts, or non-human checkout methods will be cancelled.
Order Cancellations, Pricing Errors & Restocking
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or before being marked “Ready for Pickup,” and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Preorders are excluded from cancellation and are always final.
All sales are final once an order has shipped or been marked “Ready for Pickup.”
Avacyn’s TCG reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for policy violations.
Pricing & Listing Errors:
If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to typographical, supplier, or system error, Avacyn’s TCG may cancel the order—even after checkout. Such cancellations will be refunded in full.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on trading card games, sealed products, collectibles, or accessories after shipment or pickup.
All sales are final to protect product integrity and prevent tampering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged (not including minor packaging wear) or you receive an incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup at: avacynstcg@yahoo.com
Include your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will:
• Replace the item if available, or
• Issue a refund if replacement stock is unavailable.
Cosmetic wear to packaging does not qualify for refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Privacy Policy
Avacyn’s TCG respects your privacy and protects your personal information.
We collect only the data needed for order processing and communication. We do not sell or rent your information. Data may be shared with trusted third-party services such as payment processors or shipping carriers.

Policy Updates
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
